Product rollout consists of numerous complexities. There are many variables that may affect roll out project in succeeding or failing. In facing complexities, making well informed decisions is critical in managing successful roll out processes.
For the concept product, Daxwell's manufacturing teams and affiliates can help by providing estimates and production analysis
associated with the product launch. We also run test productions to make sample batches to collect data, to present the data and findings to our customers and help them make well-informed decisions.

By aligning manufacturing capabilities to best serve the dynamic needs in the industry, and by fully optimizing the global production network, improving demand, planning, and resource management, we are able to fully reduce cost and maximize the effectiveness of scale and bring these values to our clients. Our production facilities have been recognized by third party organizations for its modern production facilities, product quality and consistency. Our facilities have numerous accreditations: ISO9001, SGS, FDA, GB/T18006.1-1999, ISO140000, COC, LFGB, HACCP, GMP, and many more. As part of our quality control initiatives, critical parameters that can impact the consistency of production are continuously monitored via in-house designed
logistic control. Real-time analysis of these data provides instantaneous feedback to the production floor for line adjustment if necessary.
Daxwell is committed to environment sustainability practices. We used the state of the art technology in our production processes and implemented corporate policies to reduce waste. The staff has also been trained environmental sustainability responsibilities to reduce our footprint.
Basic Materials and Resins
As part of our manufacturing solutions, we provide manufacturers basic materials to help support their production processes. Our resins lines include a diverse line of thermoplastic polymer resins: polyethylene terephthalate (PET), virgin grade polycarbonates (PC), HDPE regrind, LDPE regrind, PS natural regrind, nylon films, and many more.
We offer recycling solutions to our customers in terms of plastics such as PVC, PE, PET; aluminium products, as well as paper products.
At Daxwell, our customers' interests are well served through modern machinery and production equipments. Our facilities are able to process and transform over a 1000 tons of recyclable
materials annually. These include LLDPE, LDPE, MDPE and HDPE. Our facilities can process resin chunks with a volume of up to one cubic yards or rolls of more than 7 meters long and weighing up to 2 tons.
Production Components
Whether if your production facility is designed to maximize flexibility or dedicated to capacity, we can help you maximize your assembly operations with our component programs. As each manufacturing plant is run differently, we also work with you to tailor our services to maximize the benefit we can bring to your team. Some of the products we offer include products such as disposable bulk cutlery, drinking straws/stirrers, and various types of basic paper products.
Daxwell offers various Materials Requirement Planning services to support your facilities. Traditional MRP business processes face major obstacle in form of data integrity: most MRP recommend 99% data integrity in order for the business system to yield useful results.
We believe that while strategic planning is an important part of a
successfully management business process, strategic management very vital as well. Our extensive experience with managing production & ordering schedules allow us to recommend answers to various important questions for you in terms of what product is needed, what's the volume recommended, and when are the components and equipments required. Our other services include directly assisting OEMs in managing their inventory and production schedules for them.
End to End Services

By tightly coupling/integrating manufacturing, logistics, and distribution services - we can manufacturing and deliver products at a lower cost and higher quality.
In our standard BTO process, we monitor production schedule closely to ensure quality consistency, timely information flows, and the minimization of delay risks. Our logistics services include: delivery and transportation, parts movement visibility services, etc. Our robust IT systems allow for a more customized approach to logistics - we can tailor the delivery to specific times to help you optimize your inventory flow.

is designed to incorporate a tracking component of our End-to-End Manufacturing Services. You will be able to track your order's current status, estimate time of arrival to the nearest port, estimate delivery date, order content (products), as well as other key data in real-time. The client zone is mobile friendly, giving you the edge to track your orders and order contents anywhere.
Mix Container Services
We can help you diversify your procurement product portfolio & reduce your business risks via our proven merge-in-transit Mix Container Program.
Your business needs may consist of a diverse variety of products Yet, due to scale of economies, most OEMs are limited to narrower line of products - with very few OEMs able to serve an entire
business sector. If you are interested in ordering both disposable cutlery and disposable gloves on one container load, finding a manufacturer that can tailor to these needs effectively may present a challenge.
Daxwell can help you reduce operational and logistical challenges of managing a large portfolio of products through our Mix Container Services.
Through this program, Daxwell is able to mix various types of disposable goods and finished goods that normally would not be available to be ordered together. This program can also help you

Distribution Programs

IIn the Mix Station Stock Program, Daxwell centralizes key items in its DCs in China. Based on customer needs, Daxwell can develop cycle inventory and buffer stock. This program is put together through Daxwell's Mixing Stations - so Daxwell can mix products from different manufacturing facilities. This program can help minimizing any risks arising from production delays.
In the Centralized Stock Program, Daxwell centralizes key items in its Houston area distribution center. For U.S. clientele, this program is an extremely versatile and adaptive solution in offering lower transportation lead time and offering competitive value. This program is an can also serve as a safety stock to hedge the risks associated with FCL programs. We offer both customer-pickup and delivery services.
